To become registered with Al Nadeem International, vendors interested must pre-register with the Vendor Relations Section. This mandatory registration process supersedes all previous registrations. Thereafter, such registration is valid; it is the vendor’s responsibility to renew their registration in a timely manner, at least 3 months ahead of expiry. Registering requires all new and existing vendors to complete this form and submit the following documents along with it.

  1. Declaration form- – Al Nadeem InternationalServices and List of Goods
  2. Requesting Letter for the Registration (on Company Letter Head)
  3. SME Certificate, if applicable
  4. Declaration Letter:  (Download)
  5. Vendor Registration From (Download)
  6. Official Email for  support: 
  7. Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI)
  8. Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) / Commercial Registration (CR)

All queries regarding registration should be directed to the Vendor Relation Section by e-mail or phone. Incomplete forms will not be processed; all sections of the registration form must be completed. Obligation by Al Nadeem International to guarantee any tender invitation, contractual awards, or any order for a product or service does not constitute any obligation by Al Nadeem International, if accepted, with Registration with Al Nadeem International. Fully complied with, all the above requirements must be and completed, and all parts of the registration form must be completed. Information shall not be dealt with; incomplete application and/or missing.
